Diagnostic Solutions is an online storefront selling diagnostic equipment for automotive professionals. They approached me as the business was just getting started for a new site build. Working with their designer, we crafted a custom ecommerce storefront that combined a stylish color pallet with a clean, modern, automotive-looking design. I built this as a custom site, using no frameworks. I utilized CSS Grid as a layout mechanism and rolled my own grid based on the design. The site is built on WooCommerce, and takes advantage of WordPress' new block editor, which I integrated with the custom styles of the theme. I also handled the payment gateway integration.
In addition to developing the project, I also edited the content, advising the client on their content strategy, writing content, and editing product descriptions to create compelling calls-to-action for the user.
This was a great project for a local business that I'm certain will have a national reach very soon. Not only that, but I learned a lot about the products as I was building the site. Congrats to Diagnostic Solutions on their launch!
